Laura R
ubin is Treasurer and a long-time volunteer for the Rocky Mountain Great Dane Rescue, Inc. – lending her talents from finances to fundraising. She currently writes about everything rescue as the Denver Dog Rescue Examiner for the Denver edition of Examiner.com (read her articles at Dener Pet Examiner). Her motto - Because every dog counts! Laura currently lives on 10 acres with a menagerie of animals including horses, dogs, cats, chickens and goats.
Christian Lyons
Christian Lyons is Event and Marketing Coordinator for RMGDRI and grew up on a farm in rural Michigan with no less than thirteen St. Bernards, eleven cats, ducks, frogs, turtles, fish and a hodge-podge of other animals, many of which he rescued himself, much to the consternation of his parents and siblings. Currently, Christian is an award-winning fiction and screen writer who lives in Colorado with his three mixed-breed rescue dogs: Malai, Ozzie, and Yaz.
